About Our Team

Annie E is our lead User Interface artist; her speed is unparalleled and she produces great art at a ridiculous pace. She attends Becker College and is in the process of completing her third major. In her spare time she enjoys creative writing, cooking, composing music, and singing. Her favorite games right now are Transistor, for its impressive artistic design, and Sid Meier’s Civilization V.


Alex Ripple is our great sound engineer! She creates music tracks for the game and for our up-and-coming trailer, sound effects for a dozen different game elements, and is an all around great person. She attends the Berklee College of Music in Boston and is currently playing Half-Life!


Elizabeth Darragh claims the role of lead animator and character designer, responsible for all of Germy’s final designs and animations. She collaborated with Annie’s phenomenal painting skill to create a bouncy, lovable friend for you in Germy! She attends the University of Southern Maine during the school year. In her spare time, Elizabeth participates in Original Character Tournaments, where she draws a contestant to battle in a no-holds barred free-for-all!


Max Maynard is the producer and lead designer for MegaloMalady. He is a student at the University of Southern California where he studies game design. He grew up in Northern California, spending a lot of time outside and enjoys snow-skiing, running, and gaming in his spare time. His current favorite video game is The Last of Us, by Naughty Dog, though Transistor, by SuperGiantGames is also a close contender.


Martin Wong has programmed a number of critical systems for the game, including the UI and our memory system so that you don’t have to start over every time you open up MegaloMalady again! He is an avid gamer and enjoys playing League of Legends in his free time. He attends Becker College to get his degree in Computer Science.


Monica Valcourt hails from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is our lead programmer, and has focused on putting Elizabeth’s animations into the game, as well as giving MegaloMalady more reactive elements! We can’t say too much without spoiling parts of the game we want to stay secret, but you could always sign up to download the game on the home page!


Last but not least, Veronica Ni is our lead artist and environment designer! She is in charge of creating the world that MegaloMalady centers on and making sure that all the art that goes into MegaloMalady fits with the theme and style we decided on at the beginning of development. She attends the Rhode Island School of Design and listens to heavy metal music while she works! She enjoys playing video games, reading, and listening to music.
